We gladly offer a full refund for products that are unopened and unused, returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. For items that have been opened and cannot be returned in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Please note that customers assume responsibility for all return shipping costs, and that returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be processed in-store at H2O Salon to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
